If it changes shape or itches or bleeds then worry about cancer but it looks like an average mole and I have dozens of them on my back. Your doctor will advise you to get it surgically removed in case it changes in the future.

It looks benign. If it came on suddenly, it's very itchy or it grows rapidly, get it checked out.
