No, not at all. Patients use a lot worse things, and they're still not "in trouble".
It is important that you let your doctor know exactly what you've taken (recently) or are taking, though.

No, but then he doesn't know what you ingested when you took that Mexican product. It may not have been anything close to the Z-pack you would get in the US. We have laws...
