Question about hose and spigot?
First, Where does running water on a garden hose go when you have the shower head connected to the spraying end closed with no output?
Secondly, I accidently left a Silver Bullet Pocket Hose on for all night with it closed up but still expanded with water at a low output. Will the hose be damaged because of this?

The flow just stops.
No different to the pipes that feed a tap in a house - you turn the tap off, water flow stops; the pressure in the pipes is still there, but no movement.
Any decent quality hose should not be damaged by being connected & under pressure for a few hours; that's what they are made to handle.
