Human form =human muscles. So that would be the same as they were in the first place.

A werewolf in human form would be a top human awareness and agility. They would have semi-enhanced senses as well.

As they're entirely fictional, they can be any way the writer of the story chooses to make them.

It depends on the mythos of the story or lore you're ascribing to because some have them having human strength in human form while others have them being able to draw on some portion of their lycan-form strength while in human form and yet others muddle through a rather gray area wherein lycanthropes are consistently very fit and strong humans such that one cannot clearly infer whether that's because of being a lycanthrope or just coincidence, which is only made grayer in some mythos that seem to wander around aimlessly and inconsistently among all possibilities, like that of Vampire Diaries, for example.
