Should all physical public colleges be permanently closee , and all courses become online based.?

    I don't think they need to be permanently shuttered. But for the moment I don't see how a conventional 30 person classroom will accommodate 30 students all six feet apart, let alone the chaos of staircases, cafeterias, dorms, etc. Let's wait awhile until we have vaccines and a tiny incidence rate.

    No, not permanently.  Some things can't be taught online.  Some students don't learn well online.  Some students don't have access to internet, computers, and another necessary tools to learn online, and would therefore be excluded from college.  And there is a lot of value in live, face-to-face interactions in a classroom.
