Is Venus DeMilo from Saban's TMNT considered canon to the TMNT universe?

Or for that matter, is anything in that series considered canon?

    She is canon in that universe. The recent TMNT comics have established that TMNT exists in a multiverse with a crossover with Batman, the IDW continuity and the original Eastman and Laird Mirage continuity so I would say it's a fair bet that all depictions of the TMNT exist in parallel universes.
