What's your say?? There is a current thinking that Wade vs Roe might be challenged soon or later.?

Issue at hand: is the fetus a property of a woman subject to disposal or is it a son or daughter to a mother??

If you cause an abortion you can be charged with murder; unless you're an abortionist. Weird.

If a mother can't protect her child in the womb, she can never be a real woman.

In the future we will realize that we are over populated and provide birth control to women of all ages. Men do not hesitate to have sex with women do you know without that women would not get pregnant? So if men would get their tubes tied of stop having sex with women the problem would be solved. They are against birth control for women? If they provided that their would be no need of aborthions. Personally I think all men should be castrated and the problem would be solved.

It's been challenged twice, and upheld. The Supreme Court doesn't revisit old rulings.

The argument isn't about if the fetus is "property."  It's the debate between the personhood of the fetus and the medical reality that abortion is a legitimate and sometimes necessary medical procedure.  I will never support random politicians restricting what kind of medical procedures doctors are allowed to use to give their patient the best medical care.

I am surprised that it hasn't been challenged already. It will be challenged eventually.

It's been consistently challenged since it's inception
