What can I do if I see that work is stealing money from me. ?

I have been working at this company in Texas for 7 months. and I have noticed in my paystubs that they have been short $400

    The first thing to do is ask your employer or the employer's HR people to explain exactly what your pay check covers. It is fair to indicate you think the pay is not covering everything. Give them an opportunity to revist the situation to determine if there have been any errors in calculating your pay. If you feel they are not being fair call your local labor board to see what options you have,

    Are you on the right or left?  One way would be to kindly take your evidence to payroll or HR, and see what happens. Could be an error. They would be breaking the law if they could not justify their actions. The other would charge the building and burn it to the ground.

    tell the paymaster you seem to be short, where's the rest going ? and wait for them to get back to you
