Number of great grandchildren?

If a family circle is large does that include say a family with 80 great grandchildren and 60 great great grandchildren. Though very few would live to see that number being born.

    Very few have many more than 10-12 grandchildren, most many fewer so great grandchildren are unlikely to pass 40.  Rarely will you live to see the next generation

    Yes a family can include many people.  Whether they are alive to coexist with each other at the same time or not does not change the fact that they are related.
