That nobody could identify it. That would be a challenge at any rate. This is all about theories of government, and how the state’s policies are formed through interactions with women’s groups, rather than real life experiences. Even if you look at feminist- leaning policies, it would be hard to prove the state or any specific women’s rights group was specifically behind these policies since everyday people’s attitudes are now often pro-feminism. This is how democracy works.

The term state feminism doesn’t reflect the fact that private income is finding its way into women’s advocacy groups. It’s not just the state that funds programs, the public also supports them and state feminism suggests a bureaucracy that isn’t right.

Some anti-feminists consider feminists to be too much in favour of “ big government “ . The difference between this kind of government and smaller government would be the provision of safety nets such as welfare programs that more right-wing types consider to be a waste of money in supporting people who don’t deserve it.  That’s all I can think of.

It's a dangerous authoritarian religion that worships 'the state' as their higher power...  followers of the religion are dangerous and oppressive due to the evil influence of this religion

"What are some concerns about state feminism?"

Sate feminism is a betrayal of the equality principle.  It looks to take fully equal citizens by law, and treat them differently by group regarding their sex and race and gender.

Here is a quote from State Feminism in Wikipedia:

"Feminist theorists in the 1980s had begun to reconsider the role that governments could have on positive outcomes for women's lives.[3] A state, as a system, could support the interests of different classes, genders and "racial hierarchies."[3] It could also support a diverse number of programs that have different levels of support within government or society.[4]"

Of course, this means privileging women, people of colour, and those that are not "cis-gendered".  Like all -modern- feminism, it is NOT equality based.  It rather follows cultural Marxism which demonizes, and disempowers White men.

Just have a look at Sweden.  It's the model for State Feminism. And it is falling apart at the seams in many ways.  The native White men there are seen as the enemy, while migrants keep themselves to "no-go zones".  The feminists that prompted this rampant, unchecked immigration by incompatible cultures are now running out of their communities to leave the areas where they lived because the migrants don't treat them so nicely because of THEIR race (White) and sex (women).

How  I-R-O-N-I-C.  The feminist state principles have been applied right back to feminists in the feminist state, by Muslims operating their Muslim state freely in this feminist country.

Were that an actual thing that ever happened ever, I suppose a concern by the longstanding patriarchy, which has gotten quite comfortable in its power, would be the threat it would present to their power, their totalitarianism, a concern that the patriarchy would no longer be the all-powerful ruler of humankind.
