Why are some people incapable of learning?

We see the same question being asked repeatedly, sometimes several times a week or several timed a day, and you know the question has received many answers, so why do they keep asking?  Are they just trying to be a pain?

    Christians always do this.  They will ask stupid shittt like why atheists reject Jesus or what evidence there is for atheism being true over and over again while there are way more than enough answers provided to them.
