Why isn't Y!A working on my desktop computer?

None of the questions load, on Firefox, and while questions will load on Chrome, I can't seem to either ask or answer questions.

My computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate.  Firefox version is 78.0.1, and Chrome is version 38.0.2125.111

Anyone know what's up?

As long as you have the most updated version of your browser and OS, and your virus protection/security software isn't causing a problem, it should work fine. I visit YA using various browsers depending on what device I'm using - Chrome, Opera, Firefox, etc and all have worked fine EXCEPT for this past Monday (6/29) when the US version of YA was having a security certificate issue and many users couldn't access the site, or if they could access it couldn't post or take action on it.

On your Firefox try Clearing your Cookies Cache and Delete your Temporary Files then Close out your Browser Reopen it and Try going back in again and see if it Starts Loading that may Fix the Problem

As Far as not being able to Ask or Answer goes

Did you Reach your Daily Limit maybe ? If so that may be why your are unable to Ask or Answer Questions

Works fine on Firefox for me.

Your problem is probably using an outdated and unsupported version of windows.

    Your Chrome is also outdated.

Let me guess you have your settings set up not to automatically update and you always deny requests to update.

I think you are wrong about what the "flunky" in your name really means.
