What influences most morticians?
I'm in mortuary science school & have no issue with dead bodies whatsoever. However, in my experience most morticians, students, and media claim that future morticians have some negative involvement with death early in life.
Intellectually I know its just a different reaction, a fascination/interest in contrast to the usual aversion most people have when faced with death so early.
But whats considered normal for morticians specifically? Do most have a negative experience & just react abnormally (as in a fascination with death rather than disliking the topic)? Or is it something else?
