Everyone knows about this Violinist argument. You can easily google the counter-arguments.

1) The government is not forcibly impregnating any woman. The government can't force someone to donate their organs. Nobody can invade another person's body. THAT is bodily autonomy.

Bodily autonomy is not killing one's own flesh and blood. Pro-lifers only ask you to be responsible for your own flesh and blood. Be responsible for the life YOU create.

2) Nobody is responsible for the life of a stranger. You can't force someone to donate their kidneys to save a stranger.

3) Most dads would be willing to donate one of their kidneys to their own child. What kind of a dad would refuse that? 

4) Most parents would do everything possible to save the life of the child after it is born. Why shouldn't we do the same thing when it is inside the mother? What difference does it make? 

As I said, the government can't invade a person's body. That is not what the pro-life argument is about. Pro-lifers are not asking the government to invade the woman's body (for impregnation or abortion) either. Your analogy is wrong. Give me an example of a healthy father who refused to donate his kidney to save his son? Such cases must be VERY rare. If such a father existed, he would be considered a bad person by society. We should treat the mother who aborts her unborn in the same way. Deal?

Moreover, men have no reproductive choice. If the woman decides to keep the baby, the dad MUST support the child for 18 years. Men have no choice. Feminism caters to women and it does not give a **** about men, children, and society.

Common sense, the Natural Law and the authentic Christian faith provide all the answers you seek. Regarding choice: Everyone is free to do as they please, for whatever reason; their only concern being the ultimate, divine and eternal Judgment of all those free-will choices.

I would ask what rights the unborn individual has as well? I think the way we have treated reproductive rights in this country is quite terrible. I also believe those that condemn abortion are often those that push for abstinence only sex-ed and defund programs that help pay for pregnancy prevention both causing even greater demand for abortions.

Well considering the unborn child didn’t have a choice to be conceived in the first place. I say when you engage in unprotected intercourse you should be prepared for the possibility of a pregnancy. You can’t say that the unborn baby is growing there on life support without consent considering the woman did the deed to conceive the child.

Ah yes, J J Thompson!  I'm pro-choice, like the Bible, but I've always found her example a bit too playful to be in good taste.  I understand she maybe felt the need to defuse the tension around the concern, but the fact is that abortion is always a serious matter.
