Probably nothing, your digestive acids will kill them and you’ll just digest them.  There are critters in all sorts of processed foods that you already eat.  I remember reading and article about the impurities allowed in things like canned or jarred foods and then went off and did some reading on it.  I remember that the acceptable limit for the number of beetles that can be in a can of green beans is 3.

However, there could be bacteria or other nasties on the bugs that might make you ill.

Many years ago I had a huge garden, and also a few big dogs.  One day the dogs busted into the garden and dug up my compost pit, eating the (totally disgusting and rotted contents that was full of a few different kinds of worms and compost critters).  Later that day we went to the beach and they all crapped up big piles of this nasty compost, with the worms alive and intact in it.  It was SO gross - and being at the beach I had to pick it all up and dispose of it.

Seeing the bugs, grubs, worms are live, I notice and don't eat the meal. Because there is no sauce or amount of cheese, that can hide living, moving bugs, grubs, worms.

And I've never been so hungry not to know what I'm about to put in my mouth. But that's me. Lol

Not much unless they weren't farmed for human consumption.  If they weren't they *might* get you sick.  Otherwise they are pretty nutritious and your stomach acid can kill bacteria.
