I have an idea for something that can replace capitalism! What if you paid your boss to work at his or her company?

ok and seeing as without the customer he would not have a shop what if he paied us to shop?

the only person who should set the value of your work is you.

his idea is not what is makeing the money your work is.

without you he is nothing

That's called vocational school.

I think it's a great idea.  However, at this time I am neither hiring nor looking for employment.

How do you think that could possibly work? Employees get paid by their boss, not the other way around. Where do you suppose people would earn money from? Go back to school, you need it. 

I need my money for other stuff, somebody else will have to pay my boss
