Are there parts of the world where everything remains the same as it used to be before the coronavirus crisis?

Countries that actually have a competent leader that provided a national response are more opened up than we are because they don't have a C student running their country that doesn't provide a unified message and try to slow down testing so his "ratings" don't get hurt and whereby he floats fascism to hide his horrible response and the countries worst - EVER - in over 250 years GDP report. But most countries don't want Americans and have bans from us entering now so it doesn't really matter. Unless you have your own plane or can buy citizenship you will not be let into a place that doesn't have COVID. Somoa has no cases. Every other country now looks at Americans the same way that we, in the US, all look at Florida. They all think we have the President that played one in the movie "Idiocracy."
