Bottoming out coilovers?
I don't know if I'm hitting the bottom or my car or bottoming out my coilover. Its maybe a 2-3 inch drop. No matter how slow I go I hear it.

A 3 inch drop would be considerable for any car. There aren't any stock springs that could guarantee to absorb that without bottoming.
Still - you should be able to tell the difference between bottoming your suspension and actually scraping the bottom of your car. The suspension includes rubber stops that will turn a bottoming event into a loud but dull "bump", while actually hitting the underside of the car will result in not only a "thud" but also a "scrape" sound that's pretty unmistakable. The fact that you have to ask suggests that you are just hearing the suspension limit stops.
