HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS GUY?

I am a junior member of a atv baja team, and i have this guy who is also a senior member of the team, and thinks he knows everything and is a star playa of our team, this dumb is not even a car enthusast, he treats me like ****, and counter questions me every time i try to explain new concept with irrelevant BS,asks me **** that i dont know well, i just smile and let it go, but its too much now. we work 10 hours a day and that guy is like another 5 hours!, please help should i leave the team?

    It may do good to leave the team.

    There are other teams.

    Put the explanation of new concepts on a Memo and giv one to each team member, then it is their choice to check it out without interference
