Is GMAT score enough to Get into a good business school?
i am currently pursuing bachelors in automobile engineering, my grades are not very good, and i do not have any specials. i have a strong knowledge of cars, but thats it, can i still get into a highly ranked colleges if i score good?

No, I believe that one's GPA during undergraduate work is crucial in addition to a getting a competitive GMAT score. Having excellent professional letters of recommendations, as well as having participated in extracurricular activities may be necessary too. Perhaps one may consider volunteer work to "give back" (to the community) as well.
With regard to automobile engineering, I'm not sure if you're currently attending a for-profit school, but a word to the wise that the course credits usually do *not* transfer to other schools, even if the for-profit school is regionally accredited.

No. To apply, you must meet requirements for GPA, test scores, and more. GPA is far more important than test scores (where testing is required). If you could not perform at a high academic level as an undergrad, you are not grad school material.
