A lump/bump underneath my bruise?
OK so, I was injured on my thigh due to personal reasons(I was not abused, I did i myself), it was injured pretty badly and developed a bruise. Now, it has a lump or bump and it hurts when I touch it. Should I see medical help or should I just leave it be..?

Sounds like a normal hematoma. It'll be gone in a couple weeks. It it was pretty recent, keep on icing it and then a couple days later switch to heat packs
