In the US a bonus from fast food places is almost unheard-of

A bonus check is roughly 65-70% of the total.

Almost no minimum wage employees ever get a bonus.   I did not as an hourly or assistant manager. When I became manager I got weekly and quarterly bonuses based on sales & profits.

In the U.S. you should expect zero bonus. Most fast food restaurants don’t pay bonuses unless you are in management, the rank and file making minimum wage don’t get anything.

I won’t say there aren’t any minimum wage employees out there who get bonuses, but there certainly aren’t many. Unless you’ve been specifically told that you’re going to get one, you should assume $0.

Entirely up to the employer.  If they issue a bonus, it can be whatever amount they want.

Ugh nothing much, especially if it's a franchisee. They had long service awards in a branch I worked at in the UK and someone got £500 after 15 years but mostly nobody stays that long and it was a manager that got that, plus it's pretty pathetic after working there that long. Non-managers could get long service bonuses as well, a crew member got £200 after three years but that's rubbish. Apart from that we got £10 now and again if we broke a drive thru time record. The company owned restaurants pay better but they can be sold to a franchisee at any time and then they are tighter. In some countries they have franchised all restaurants.
