Help! I need help with my taxes ?

I’ve never done taxes before and have no idea what to do. I’ve moved 3 times in the last year - this year. I started working at the second house I lived at but according to the gov on my id I still live at the first house. I called to get my tax return (not sure if I’m supposed to do that) asked one of my employers if they could send it to my new address. And the second job I worked at went out of business. (I don’t have my bosses number) how do I file taxes? What are the steps ? I got my tax return in the mail but it says no record or return filed. I’m so confused !

You don't get a tax return from your employer.  You get a W2. If your employer had your correct address you should have gotten it in the mail, whether they were still in business or not.  If you are unable to obtain them from your employer(s), you will eventually be able to obtain them from the Social Security Administration or later via a transcript from the IRS. The only problem with a transcript is that it doesn't show state withholding.  If you moved within the same state, things are relatively easy.  If your jobs were in different states, it's more complicated and you should consult a professional.
