Help, please... phone/computer addiction...?

Does anyone know of good smartphone apps or computer apps which force said device to shutdown at a certain time...? I have looked and failed... Willing to pay... up to $5-10... Thanks! I hate this, I stay up until 5-6am regularly, need to fix my life :'(

    go to power control menu, set its shut download time as short as possible shall do.

    lol  u could just set up a batch file in dos or that would automatically shut down your laptop at a specific time, but then if ur so obsessed with it,  u would just turn ur computer back on, so apps to shutdown your devices wont help.

    Turn your phone to grey scale, turn your monitor to black and white. App developers and game developers use colors and flashing symbols to keep you stimulated and playing. They also TRAIN you t keep checking on them and opening them.
