Poll: 28 years old?

Should be the age to be eligible to be President of the United States, agree or disagree?

    Disagree.

    Even when life was typically much shorter than it is now

    35 was considered the minimum age to acquire sufficient wisdom to be U.S. President.

    If anything

    that age should be raised

    given how much later "childhood" ends in our modern society

    and given how much more "coddled" people are now than they were then.

    Disagree.  I know I was not mature enough at 28 to supervise others much less run a country, but then the current office holder has proven maturity is not required if you are willing to lie and cheat to get your way.

    I mean..probably not and even if they were eligible I highly doubt a candidate that young would get enough support to actually win.
