Seriously the spectrum of the price range is too vast to give you an accurate number. What are you driving? Who is going to do the work? What are the labor rates at exhaust shops in your area? Why aren't you asking them what they would charge?

Different kind of cars, different prices. I'd say from a few hundreds to a few thousands dollars will cover your question we can only guess at.
