Is there a term for someone who always gets what he/she wants?

Because someone in my family is EXACTLY that person.  And I want to know if there's a correct reference!

Thanks!

Update:

NO she is not spoiled, rotten or otherwise.  And certainly not a princess.

She works hard for what she gets and she just always WINS.  Every time.

What's the word for that?

Update 2:

ACHIEVER!  Julie D, thank you for that!  It's exactly the word I was looking for.

It's my daughter, and she's formidable, and I'm rather in awe of her ability to laser-focus on what she wants, figure out a way to get it (a house or a horse, doesn't matter), work for it, and ultimately GET it.  And she has done this, successfully, since she was a kid!

It's the way I describe her to strangers who ask.  She gets what she wants.  She was never indulged, but always, ALWAYS, WINS, nonetheless.

Achiever?  That's the first word that popped into my head since you said she isn't spoiled and does work hard and gets what she wants/wins.  The only other word that I can think of would be accomplisher.
