Joel 1:15 A.V. "Alas for the day! For the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come." That prophecy was fulfilled back in Joel's day when Judah experienced a foretaste of the Day of the Lord. But they were called to repentance which would save them from the actual Day of the Lord.
