I don't understand what drivel you have written, but the US Constitution says that there may not be any religious test for any public office or trust.

I do not understand what you are asking. I understand some of it but do not know exactly what you question is.
If you are able to speak for yourself and if it is permitted in the circumstances, you should be allowed to speak for yourself. The are some situations, like in a court of law, when a legal representative normally speaks for us, normally with our permission.
Not every country has an independent legal system. Some countries have religious courts. That is not justice and is, in my opinion, corrupt but we all have to comply with the law that applies where we are.
It is good that you are honest, have no debts and do not commit crimes. That means you are good person. In some countries where there are religious laws, it is not enough to be a good person. You are also forced to be a particular religion and to follow religious rules. That is not good but it is the reality in some places.
If you are in that situation, my advice would be "Do not have a fight you cannot win". First we have to survive. Only then can we try to live our lives in the way we believe is right.

I don't understand what you mean. Who 'votes' on a religion? What court?
What does 'voting me as faiths' mean?
