Ovviamente NO.
Ammesso (e non concesso) di poter vaccinare i miliardi di abitanti della Terra... potrebbe terminare la pandemia, ma il vaccino è una difesa contro il contagio ma non è una cura per chi è ammalato o è stato ammalato.
