In Kansas can you get out of even going for jury selection if you have health problems that interfere with daily life?

I have several medical issues that can crop up at any time of day or night and I am not able to even work. I am worried that a court clerk wouldn't believe me & I'd get in trouble for not going to court even though I'd be unable to.

Don't try to get the clerk to believe YOU.  Have your doctor write a letter.

My Physician wrote a NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT which was accepted as a jury duty waiver.
