Sure.  But he never indicated he wants that.

In 2013 the Democrat controlled senate changed the rules and packed the federal courts with liberal judges.  There is no doubt, IF they get a chance to do it with the SC, they will.   They obviously want a one party controlled government.  Biden said in a video that voters don’t deserve to know his stance on that.

It is the only way to deal with the hypocrisy the Republicans have shown in their wanting to pack the Supreme Court.

BIDEN DOES NOT SUPPORT PACKING THE SUPREME COURT!!!! He has stated it. However, if hypocrite lying Republicans US Senate pushes through the Amy Barrett nomination despite shouting in 2016 repeatedly that NO HEARINGS IN A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION YEAR REGARDLESS OF POLITICAL PARTY! And LET THE VOTERS DECIDE!! If they push through Amy Barrett, whatever Joe Biden and Congress do that correct the Republican lies is GREAT!!! They could make 50 Justices if that what it takes.

No. Nine seems a perfect number.

If the U.S. needs new states, then I would see California split in three.

Porto Rica and the U.S. other Territories should be Cut Free.

    Or given back to Spain.

I don't believe I have ever supported anything SloJoe might do.  But SloJoe's handers have not decided on that issue yet. Cowards
