Is it possible the Supreme Court could allow Mail in ballots to be discarded and hand this election to trump ?

    Given  he tried to abolish the Supreme Court that will never happen

    Not even remotely.

    Because the Supreme Court understands that the Constitution gives all the authority to determine the voting process to the states.  Which means they know they can't order anything about it on a national level.
