Where appraise car in Los Angeles?

I'd like to get my dad's Jetta appraised somewhere besides Carmax in person so I'd like to know where I can take the car to get it appraised and be offered a $? or is trade-in during another purchase better option?

    Cash offers are going to vary. Trade in offers are sometimes inflated. Selling it yourself can take months and even then you may not get much interest depending on the price. Rather than buying a Benz or BWM why not keep your dads car?

    Any dealership will provide an estimate of what they will pay for the used car.  If you want to go to a place like CarMax then Carvano, Echo Park, or DriveTime

    My friend sold their car to Unique Auto in Westminster for about $3K more than anyone else offered.
