Can I get a job through a job agency then apply for the actual company so I can get the benifits?

Because the job agency doesnt offer a shuttle to work but if you were hired on by the actual company you would be able to take a shuttle to work.

Not immediately.  After a certain amount of time there, you may be able to transition, but you usually have to wait several months.

Apply for the job with the actual company and forget the agency.

Check your agreement with the agency.  Generally you are not allowed to seek employment with the company they contract you.  Generally the company also can not hire you for a certain length of time.  However once that time is up, the company can hire you.  And many do because using a temp for several months is a cheap and easy way to test out people to find good hires.

You can, but you or the company may have to pay a finder's fee to the agency, unless it's a government agency.
