Celibacy is allowed but not required in the Bible. Priests and nuns should be allowed to marry. Forced celibacy is a sin.

your understanding of the word " marry " is incorrect, just as your understanding of the word " married " is incorrect, you do understand what a marriage is though but make the assumption they all mean the same thing, try using the bible for a true understanding of these words instead of the dictionary, it will amaze you, your mind is on customs and traditions which have nothing to do with marry and married as used in the bible however because customs and traditions haven't changed much over the past few thousand years, marriage ceremonies have pretty much stayed the same, one good example of the word " marry " which comes out of the old testament is stated,  

Gen 38:8And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.Gen 38:9

And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.

By law Onan's brother wife would not be his wife so the child would not be his which is why he spilt his seed on the ground, The time will come has already came where having sex with a woman not your wife is forbidden by many, the author is addressing a religious sect that also forbids eating meat, it began with a religious sect that separated themselves from the true worshippers and became one of great numbers and followers which have played the greatest role in the influencing of the translation of the bible especially the new testament than any other religious sect of today, the teachings of this sect along with their influence of translating scriptures has even rolled over into the protestant church's of today, forbidding to marry has nothing to do with themselves as the case of a nun or priest, there's nothing out of the ordinary for a man or a woman to remain celibate or be celibate, the problem with interpreting that scripture as being something personal and not directed towards others makes the celibate person appear evil, maybe deceived but not evil, it's the teaching that is evil because never in all of history has it been against the law for a man and a woman not married to each other to be forbidden to have sex with each other however in religious sects it is, but in the bible it is not, there are cases in the bible that do forbid certain types of men and woman from having sex but it's not with a single woman and a single man together that love each other, the inability to translate all the different variations of the words they translated to mean only woman and wife, man and husband, is the real problem, the truth behind these words mean much more than woman and wife, man and husband, the actual words describe what KIND of woman and man they really were, the real words for wife and husband are there but there is also other words that have a different meaning for each, other than wife or husband, they took the easiest way out trying to translate them and that would only be apparent to someone not given to traditions and customs, irregardless, the children of this world MARRY and are given in marriage, said by Jesus, given in marriage is simple, these are the one's that condemn or believe everyone else not having a woman like themselves are going against God's will, the wisdom of this world ( the dictionary ) is what they agree with, for they have turned a word that means whoring or whoredom into a word that can mean anything, "fornication", sexually immoral which can mean anything in the mind of the reader, the more it gets translated the worse it gets, the children of this world have sex with each other NOT having been a part of a marriage ceremony, these children are NOT bound by LAW, the one's bound by LAW are the one's that have a marriage ceremony along with their custom of exchanging vows to God that could end up being their destruction once they break their vow, for it was written, if you vow a vow to God and don't carry through with it He will call it SIN in you, therefore Jesus said don't make any vows to God because you have no idea what tomorrow will bring, your question will probably get deleted if this offends the one's I think it will, but so be it, I am use to it now, at least they can't stone me like they did in Jesus times

Of course not. Forbidding people to marry is not the same thing as freely choosing to remain unmarried. Priests and nuns make this decision for themselves, as do many ordinary lay people.

There are no nuns in the New Testament.

It means more than that.  This is a prophecy about the Catholic Church.  They forbid their clergy to marry, and they command parishioners to abstain from meat on Fridays during Lent (it used to be all year long).  Jesus also prophesied about that church.

Mar 7:7  in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’  ... 13  thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do.” 

No. A priest or a nun is not 'forbidden to marry'. They are unable to marry because they have freely chosen to vow themselves to a celibate life in service of God, and are bound by that vow. What St Paul was actually writing about was sects which forbid all their members from marrying. 

Jesus wouldn't have wanted anybody to be forced into chastity.

No idea. I suppose like every verse in the bible it can be interpreted to the individuals taste. One Christian would say no, while another one would say yes.
