0700 drink water

0701 Brush teeth

0708 Skin Care

0713 Arrange bed 

0715 Dress

0720 Do hair 

0725 Put things in place

0730 Breakfast

0800 Check today's schedule

    Its better than my normal 7am snoose alarm repeat till I need to run for train. Whao the hell worries about times for teeth and bloody skincare? I'm happy if I have time to put in contact lenses and brush teeth.  

    Arranging bed is something if crumbs are keeping me awake I may take action.

    . Dressing is something I do as a matter of normality,

     Doing hair as long as its flat I thank god I have hair to worry about.

    5 minutes to put things in place? damn I take longer to masturbate than that these days and its more an evening thing.

    Breakfast? hah depends on shift and when the **** I get up.

    Check schedule at 8am? I've already checked it at 6am and ben disappointed I couldn't get leave.
