What is the main difference between Pfizer and the modern Coronavirus vaccine?

    Very little. Pfizer announced their results after 5 weeks of trial data-- Moderna waited til week 6. That means neither knows if the immunity lasts. Both are hopeful signs, but certainly not guaranteed to work.
