how can i overcome the display driver problem in my desktop?

You could start by ensuring you have the latest, most up to date, display driver installed on your computer....

- and if that doesn't fix it....try giving us some F@#$%$# info about what it is or isn't doing that seems to be a problem.

Clean install windows. Often times it's NOT the components of the software that cause said problems.

Then again, I don't use windows (or mac), and never experience graphics problems.

You could start by telling us what the display driver problem is, my friend.  We are NOT all mindreaders.

You should also tell us some detail about your computer system, such as which Operating System it's running ... and which version of that Operating System; which CPU (Central Processing Unit) it has ... and which specific motherboard it is fitted into; which specific brand and model of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) ... video/graphics card ... it has; how much RAM (Random Access Memory) your computer has; whether you've actually updated your display drivers ... and from where; what the messages you are seeing actually say, etc.
