So, if the coronavirus pandemic in America lasted for 10 years, what would happen?

    Pandemics don't last 10 years.  What can happen, and likely will happen, is that the rate of infection in the population will go down steeply as more people become immune, whether by catching the virus or by vaccination.

    The SARS-CoV-2 will remain Endemic, meaning that there will always be some popping up here and there.  

    Maybe there will be Epidemics in certain locations in the world too.  

    At some point, the WHO or other global organization may decide to wipe out SARS-CoV-2 altogether.  It took about 8 years to wipe out smallpox after the WHO decided to do it, but I can't predict how long it would take to wipe out SARS-CoV-2.

    Nothing to the snowflakes.  They'll still be in their mom's basements playing video games and not looking for work "until something I really like" comes along.
