Why did her opinion change?

A woman liked me alot 10 years ago, but I had alot on my plate at the time so I didn't let her in my life. Anyway... 10 years later she notices me on a dating website and reaches out to me, she jokingly said she could never forget my name and face and joked that I caused her a 'broken heart', she invited me to her home a day later, she said she hoped I haven't changed as she liked me how I was alot except the shyness. Anyway we sit at her place talking, I went for the kiss and she allowed it and then soon after I went home, she later that night joked that she would like a more bold and talkative me. So that was the end of first date, she carried on messenging me alot and still seemed to like me, she then invited me over once again but I couldn't go as I was fixing a cupboard. We carried on talking but she cancelled my scheduled dates and then a couple days later she took two days to reply, she then got back to me and said she gets depression spells and something about having to close off for a while, she then ghosted,

 Days later my family member died and I contacted her telling her, she then 'unghosted' me and told me she was sorry about it, I then told her that if she wanted the past to be in the past I would be ok with that, she said that I shouldn't be offended and that she had given up on dating as her 'head wasn't in it', I asked to keep in touch and she said 'ofcourse'. It's been a week and I haven't contacted her and she hasn't contacted me. What happened?
