What happens if my school didn't submit the correct 1098-t form or didn't submit anything at all to the IRS?

Whom do I contact about Jews and freemasons (aka homosexual devilworshipping Jew-masons) killing 70 million in Soviet Union by gulags, famine, or shooting squads? How can Russian Orthodox get some justice?

You reply to the notice by sending a copy of your copy of the corrected form. You can also print off a record of your account from the school, which actually shows what you paid and what for.  Just because the "detach" stub was on their copy doesn't mean they didn't file it. It just means they didn't remove it from their copy.

You have a right to make amendments to the IRS.  Contact the school and get them to make sure they have the correct information and reported same.  Get a cpa who deals with such matters to do the negotiation with the IRS and correct the problem.  Remember that the IRS is vicious and is the only part of government that does not answer to courts, so work with a professional in fixing this.  But it should be an easy fix once all the correct information is available.
