I salt and pepper my salads. Do you?
Sometimes people think I'm weird for doing so. I think they're weird for not. Who do you think is weird? Lol
Lmaooo one of you said something about weight loss and I have no idea why. This is about taste preference. I am 5'7 and 108 pounds, so don't waste time talking about that, I need to gain weigh lol

Salad, haha.
Collect all the ranch when you buy chicken nuggets.
No need for salt and pepper with ranch.

I dont like salads I much ratger nust eat fruit to get the same nutrients. I dont really have to worry about weight. Maybe just to be sure to stay on top of fat gain maintenance cause obviously that could be bad for anyone. If I get to chubby then it's dieting time. Plus salads are harder to digest and gives me pains fruit doesn't do. Maybe cause its not cooked thoroughly or something you can just tell though and doesnt sit right fruit is more of a comforting easy to digest feeling.

I used to just put seasonings like salt etc. on mine and no dressing. It worked out pretty good. I just stopped doing it and now couldn't even if I wanted to due to having to limit salt intake.

Sometimes a bit of cracked black pepper, but never salt. There is something weird to me about putting salt on fresh veggies.

Pepper? Yes, absolutely.
I do not sprinkle salt directly on leafy salads. I make all my own dressings and season them. I also sometimes put salty things on my salads such as nuts or goat cheese.
If I'm eating a cold vegetable salad that has no greens (such as a tomato/cucumber salad), yes, I do season with salt. IMO tomatoes in particular need salt.
