Stuck on which Minor to pick up to compliment a major in Sustainability?

Hello, so I am a Junior at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa studying a B.A in Sustainability but I am stuck in what minor/certificate to take as I will finish my major well under required credits to graduate, so I'm picking up a a minor.

I have narrowed my options to these;

- Minor: Economics

- Minor: Political Science

- Certificate: Travel Industry Management with a focus on Sustainable Tourism

My plan is to work with Non-Profits and other Environmental Conservation Organizations specifically in community outreach/education which can also be tied to poli-sci and sustainable tourism. However, the only thing holding me back on cutting economics is that I feel economics is probably the most valued on a resume, but I do not see myself in the business world (but also not ruling it out). Sustainable Tourism is another thing I am highly interested in by working with organizations that combine Sustainable Education with Tourist Attractions/Excursions, a lot of companies do that here in Hawai'i.

These are my dilemmas, please give advice if you have, thank you all! Happy Holidays
