Yes, absolutely.
"Freedom of speech" only relates to lawmaking in the USA, and nothing beyond the government itself. It does not and never has applied to other peoples premises or property - and property includes internet sites.
And, democracy still works in Europe and other countries that do not have any such laws.

No. Everyone has the right to speech no matter your political party affiliation, it is when it gets ridiculously out of hand that is a problem.
