Do you remember what you saw or felt in a coma?
My Grandma was in a medicated coma, but she told me she didn't remember what she experienced. I was always fearful that if I was in a coma, my mind would experience what would be described as sleep paralysis and I would hear what everybody would be saying but be unable to respond. What's it really like to be in a coma?

My coma was 28 days, my hospitalization was 4mo, my PT was a year and I remember everything.
I am not going to regail you with stories about the afterlife nor of dying, but I will tell you that when I woke up for real, I was convinced that 10 years had gone by and that my legs had been amputated and donor legs had somehow been attached, but only physically and not neurologically.
And I experienced exactly what you are talking about: I would SHOUT at people and they talked as if I was not in the room.
But that only lasted a month before I regained the ability to talk;)

I don't remember anything during my 6-days coma, but the hallucinations when coming off the sleep inducing drugs were disturbing.
