It might be possible but Don't come to such conclusions. It might be possible that he is bad at marketing himself. Some people are introverts who are happy without marketing themselves. They are satisfied with works they get.

No it’s not a “clear” sign at all. You should evaluate someone on their direct experiences not on assumptions on vague conclusions. Make an appointment and evaluate your care parameters for yourself.

He may have just started there, or he had something that filled his day that ended up canceling. Don't jump to conclusions. I have seen doctors that just started at hospitals, practices, etc. and I got to pick whatever time I wanted. Just roll with it. You're lucky. I have to call weeks in advance to book with my doc now, and I get ONE time slot.
