Might be because of implications behind the scenes associated with the Dominion servers in Germany.

Because they don't want to be subject to the whims of Jack Dorsey. What if Twitter shuts down Merkel? It's a legitimate concern.

She is just wondering why some European fascists who say far worse things than Trump are still allowed on the platform.

We all should be concerned with that tactic. Had Hillary been kicked off of social media when she called for  a revolution and incited WEEKS of riots, no one could complain about a Trump suspension now. But the fact they are treating people unequally is a big concern for everyone, even fair minded liberals.
