Did you received any side effects from your coronavirus vaccine? ?

Now I don’t want any answers involving “I don’t know”, “I am a anti vaxxer and that you shouldn’t take it at all” or “this vaccine will kill you” sort of responses. Because that’s not the kind of response that I’m looking for, all I wanna know are two simple responses, one is “have you ever taken your first Covid vaccine?” And if so, “have you received any side effects within the last few hours after taking your first vaccine?” ok? Great!
