If a president refuse to leave the White House after inauguration of a new president, what happens?

...and has it ever happened? Will the secret service 'turn' on the former president, since he or she no longer hold the position, or is it the job of the Police or even FBI to remove him/her from office? Any presidence in this?

There is no precedent. “Leaving office” does not mean “leaving THE office.” He’s out of office at noon. He leaves or he is removed bodily.

Power still transfers regardless so the new president gets control of your army so, yes, they can be dragged out if they won't go. Not talking about Trump, any president right or left and yes it would happen. Removing someone from a building is not breaching their protection and isn't violence.
